Parking area was nice and convenient. Check-in was smooth. Rooms were very clean and nice size. Check out needs were supportive and acceptable. Full experience was very good.
No concerns were shared during our stay. We would stay again.

Clean, safe. Price, staff, food.
Pay for parking at a suburban open empty lot

The location was extremely convenient and easy to find. I loved the elegance of the front area and the security elevators (you must use your key card to navigate to your floor).
The bed was luxurious and comfortable. Loved the bedding. Out of all the hotels rooms I utilized during my 12 day buying trip across the USA (Idyllwild, ca to Reston, Virginia and back) the Westin’s bed was my favorite.
I loved the turn down service that I received daily. The chocolate on my pillow that was left on Saturday was a wonderful touch. I did not receive another piece on any other day. Possible it was left there to prepare me for the noise that went from Saturday night to the early hours of Sunday morning.
Parking was easy and convenient once I became accustomed to it. The front desk explanation of it was a bit confusing. It could have also been due to it was raining and late at night when I finally arrived after a 10 plus hour drive. I was exhausted. I just wanted to stay in the space I found close to the front door. But the idea of having my car towed was a stress factor I could not ignore. So I followed the front desk’s instructions (got lost - lol), pulled over a bit frustrated, the gps’d parking for Westin and tried again. In the daytime without rain it became easier to find the entrance to the parking garage. The elevator brings you to across the front lobby doors.
The lack of concern when I went down to the front desk to complain about the after 10 pm frat like party that was happening on my floor. Slamming doors. LOUD music, banging on my door repeatedly asking if was one of their party. The front desk listened and nodded their head like a bubble head. They said “I am so sorry” but did NOTHING! No offer for security or management to go up and talk to the noisy guests. I was disappointed.
The bathtub is not level with the bathroom floor. When I stepped into the shower/bathtub I stepped up. As I was getting out of the shower I stepped down and slipped slightly slamming into the back of the bath tub wall. I was surprised I didn’t break something (specifically me).
The 3 day cup! lol. A cup filled with red liquid was left on the driveway in front of the lobby doors. It stayed there like a friend greeting me home, for 3 days. The garbage can next to the garage elevator over flowed for 3 days. I felt like it diminished the elegant experience due to its neglect. If they don’t care about the trash in the front of their entrance what else does the Westin overlooks?
I was on a buying trip for my small store in Idyllwild. I was buying vintage, handcrafts, or other items including artwork and shipping them to my store. Daily I brought my new buys in a blue hand cart up to my room so I could pack them. I needed a computer and printer to print the shipping labels. The Westin staff were actually rude! The looks and strange comments about the packing materials and boxes to not having a printer available for me to print out labels (which I had inquired prior to making reservations if they could accommodate this need and assured they could) left me with the feeling they don’t care.
