The grounds and pools
Service was slow and seemed understaffed

Very nice pool with slide for the kids, but also an adults only pool, if that is something you would like. Great beds, big room and balcony!

The staff is friendly and the facility is good.
If the close time for swimming pool could be late (till 10pm), that would be much better (as most night time you will need to spend in the hotel.)

Nice gardens and pools and good location
It seemed very under staffed. The pool bar only had one person working and taking food orders as well, the poor person was so under pressure. Also breakfast was the same with not enough staff. Buffet breakfast was average compared to other resorts we stayed on the way. And lastly rooms only got made every other day, for the price daily should be the standard.
