The location was everything. So centrally located. I loved the cold orange scented cloths when you come into the lobby!!
The water refill station is also a great touch.
The room was comfortable and clean.
I had a renovated room, but it seemed that only a small portion of the hotel is renovated.
Parking was tight, but doable.

The Staff was vested in assisting in providing a great time. There is a restaurant adjacent that serves tasty meals at a good price. The beach is nice. The pool is well kept.
It was a little more downtown than I usually enjoy.

I love the poolside area and the service at the front desk. A gentleman with class really impressed me with his customer service. It was our first time at Maui, and I requested a bottom-floor room due to my knee problem. It was granted.
The area was convenient and offered a beautiful view. The only problem was that when we requested the hotel shuttle, it wasn't available.

Location is awesome
The standard rooms were smelly and they were damp
We wasted 2 hours during check in to inspect different rooms and finally had to upgrade the room to save ourself from horrible smelling rooms
The room keys keeps discharging and you had to wait in long queues to get juts new room key .
