Very Pet Friendly!! Amazing staff! It is an excellent and comforting place to stay when life on the outside gets a little hectic! I am so grateful for the amazing staff and their ability to meet our needs in a way that made us feel safe and sound! ♥️

The room did not have a microwave, although access to a microwave was not far away.

Best room we’ve every stayed in, fantastic breakfast.

We loved the room. It was our favorite place to stay on our trip. It had 2 beds, and 1 of the the beds was in a separate room with its own TV and sliding door that our son really enjoyed having his own space. The bathroom was amazing and had heated flooring. The breakfast options at the restaurant next door were fantastic with plenty of options to choose from.

Nice hotel - breakfast can be slow

nice room size, location is near restauarants.

noisy air condition breakfast is in a restaurant near by. wait time for getting a table can be up to an hour. it would be great if the hotel had some basic breakfast (e.g. cereal) - if you don't need a full sit down breakfast.

We had a great time, and I wish we were able to stay longer.

The diner on site that provided breakfast was amazing. Our room was large and clean. The staff were extremely helpful and very nice. The staff gave us a map of the surrounding area and circled areas of interest. Our room was in a great location.

There was no way to get to our room besides taking the stairs - which was fine, but my bag was huge and it was a bit clunky to carry upstairs. We had to walk far to get to our room because a parking lot was closed. It was a bit confusing to get to our room. The floors sounded hollow and wooden, and I was self-conscious about making a ruckus so the floor below me didn't hear everything.

Great location and nice rooms!! Pool is amazing except there won't be a pool anymore this summer!

Location is my favorite so is the restaurant stellas!!! The pricing was kind of high and I got charged more than what I thought I booked for but other than that great stay!!

Not recommended.

It was advertised as pet friendly. I arrived with a cat, and was told dogs only. My reservation was difficult to cancel. They referred me to another place that seemed more friendly, and safer, which was redeeming.

Difficult to find in the center of town with a myriad of one way streets, and the appearance of a motel, not hotel, with parking beneath the rooms.

woudl stay here again but ask for a room on the inside

it was very clean — loved that & all the personnel were amazingly nice & responsive so thank you — also loved the little welcome for pets —

could hear trucks and cars from 5-7am & am guessing garbage collected — as room was near the back of the restaurant…

The hotel itself was great. However they surroundings were a little sketchy and I admit I was a little scared to even stay there. But we didn't have any issues and had a good night's rest

too many negatives for us to stay at this location again.

Room was ok. Free breakfast at Stella’s next door, even with a limited menu for BW guests, was nice.

maneuvering through the parking area was challenging with a full size pickup with a cap. Driving under the building was really tight. Angled parking slots were not big or deep enough to avoid back end of truck from sticking out into the driving lane. “Pet friendly” poop area was virtually non-existent. very small area covered with Astro-turf. A real disappointment. Very strong smell of garbage in parking alley. Receptionist upon arrival very friendly and helpful with directions. Receptionist at check out a snob. Felt like it was a bother to obtain a printed receipt.

Price on a Wednesday stay

Location is always convenient. We like to be able to have so many places to walk to and not drive. The 10% diacount atvalot of the places downtown is nice. (If you remember to use it. Lol), free breakfas at Stella's is such a treat and sooo good!!

Thought the price was a little spendy this time we stayed. We have stayed several times since I was diagnosed with breast cancer in December. This one night on a Wednesday just seemed higher then normal as I wasn't a weekend.
