Did not get breakfast, $16 for breakfast was too much and not having complimentary coffee in the lobby lost points with me

Upgraded facilities
Coffee did not have stir sticks available so it was hard to add cream/sugar when using in room coffee maker. TV was unplugged? Not sure why
