Close to the NY jets game, quiet room and clean
This is a minor detail, but I took the shuttle to the game but on the way home after I asked the driver if she went to our hotel, she said yes, and I had the blue wristband on which she confirmed I Ended up on the wrong bus but again a small detail.

Great everything great. Huge rooms. Great staff. Great lounge. Great Gym. Starbucks in the lobby. Fridge in room.
Ice machine on my floor stop working but they have one on every floor so a simple elevator ride to get ice. Im sure its fixed by now they have very attentive staff.

The place was clean and the room was neat, but other than that, there was nothing special about it.
The room was clean, but nothing else was impressive. I paid $270 for one night, plus a $75 security deposit, and it wasn't worth it. There was no microwave in the room to warm milk for our two young children. We requested an extra mattress, but the staff refused and were rude and unhelpful. Parking was confusing, and breakfast wasn't included. I've stayed at much better hotels for less money. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service!
