staff were friendly and went the extra mile to help us out. i'd read otherwise in some reviews so i was pleasantly surprised
beds are big and comfortable

the hair dryer was broken and getting the door to automatically lock was a bit finicky (you should check to make sure it's actually locked when leaving)

Location and late night restursnt. Cliose to storea and freeways. Hot water was nice and they respect your privacy. But check out is strict you pay for extra time. But $$ deposits not just cards is negotiable if you have manors. Thats an extra perk its yours on check out. Good old fashion everyone is welcome with no discrimination adversity is wecomed just have manors.
The vending machine kept eating my money. So put exact change. I put in a 5 and got 50 cents back for a 2 dollar small drink. Walk to 711 or safeway.

Location was excellent it relation to the San Jose airport!
The room was fine and cleanish. The receptionist was kind and helpful. The bad part was the other guests that stayed there were really noisy between 2 and 4 am. It was not conducive to a good night's rest in order to catch a plane early the next morning. Maybe the property was in the middle of renovation...no water in the pool and it was dirty...was hoping to see some beautiful roses. The bed was comfortable....sad to rate this motel by the experience of other guest who were noisy :(
