Location is great and the property is amazing
I think it is ridiculous to charge for parking. It’s not like we’re staying at an inner city Holiday Inn. Prices aren’t cheap-guests don’t expect to be nickel and dimed to death

Outdoor hot tub, field for running around, scavenger hunts, comfy (albeit so small!) beds. Womens locker room, breakfast frittata, sweet and helpful waitresses. The view!! Great blackout shade.
Cleanliness around pool area (endless bandaids), no towels in locker room, very long dinner with slow service. The vent next to one of the beds was sooooo cold and strong and froze the person in that bed, but the air was needed for the whole room!

Setting and “grand hotel” look. Restaurant was fine.
Expensive for the facilities offered.
Our room was dark, very insufficient lighting, AC plugs on desk did not initially work, not enough hangers in closet.
Buffet breakfast was lacking selections
Hiking trails were not well marked, detour went nowhere. No distance or direction markings, needed GPS to return to the Lodge

The restaurants and resort were nice and family friendly. The zip line fun as were the other things to do.
The glamping tents are adjacent to the train tracks at a crossing. You can not see it through the trees but no one mentioned this and the trains blow the horns every time they go by the crossing throughout the night.
