I was pleased a little bummed out that some of the events had to get canceled due to the inclement weather. But for the most part, everything was good in this facility. And the room was very roomy, for the 3 of us.

Units were large and comfortable and modern. Location was short distance outside of Pagosa Springs near restaurants and shopping. Lots of space to walk around. Deer on premesis.
Walls were thin and we could hear talking and doors close in adjoining units. At check in i was told we had a golf course view but when we got to our unit all windows and the porch/patio faced the parking lot. Bath baseboards needed cleaning.
