We loved that it wasn't too far away from VCU!!!Its location is surrounded by lots of good eateries!!And the Westin it self has a good restaurant and bar right inside!!Everyone was so nice and friendly!!!The Westin was very clean inside and out!!The room we had was very comfortable and also clean!!
The only thing I didn't like was that the Traditional rooms don't come with Microwaves!!

This facility/brand has, since purchased by Marriott, become less comfortable, less upscale for the price point. Rooms are bland. Bathrooms..toilets almost on the floor so low. Low end soaps, and toilet tissue/kleenex rough. TV remote not working often and too tech interactive with no instructions.
See above. Also lamps are quirky and not easy to find switches. Rooms like a monestary and quite small. Robes only available at check-in. Wierd. Only one water...usually two.
