The beds are very comfortable. The room was big compared to other costlier hotels. AC was comfortable without any noise issues. Ample parking was available.
The bath towels was much thinner than I would like. The front office staff while checkin could be more friendly and welcoming. I felt a hesitation to make an eye contact.

The room exceded my expectations. It was clean and comfortable with AC, large bathroom, kingsized bed, lots of tv channels, a small fridge, an iron, and an ice machine down the hall . Ash, the woman who checked me in was super helpful with directions to places I wanted to go to.
The property is well maintained with lots of trees and parking. Definitely a 10.
There were no negatives.
