Handicap rooms are too far from elevators! Should be the closest one to elevators and if anything on first floor! Our tv didn’t work properly when we arrived, but the clerk quickly came and fixed it; however it quit working again before we left. Also the drawer in the kitchen was broken so you had to be careful when getting a utensil out!

We loved the layout of the room and location.
My issue aligns to the cleanliness of the room. The kitchenette floor was not swept or mopped. We had to utilize Lysol spray to clean the floor. We paid the price for high expectations and cleanliness is a priority for us.
