Great Breakfast and hallways were quiet.

The location is great (right off of I40).
I had to ask the front desk attendant to carry our extra bedding to our room.
He tried to hand us our bedding to carry up right after we checked in, but I asked if he could have it sent up since me and my kids also had our luggage to carry.
He just wasn’t great at customer service.
The fridge was barely cold.
The carpet in my room was filthy. My brand new socks were ruined after walking without shoes.
