Didn’t know they served it. No one said anything to me when I checked in.
I had to pay a $75.00 pet fee that was non refundable. Was not told that when I booked. Have never had to pay that before. Also, could not use my AAA discount because I prepaid. Was not told this either. I have stayed at Candlewood many times before, but this last time has left a very bad taste in my mouth. The pet fee was charged after I had prepaid for the room. On a separate charge after I arrived. Too late to go somewhere else. Very poor business.
