Convenient location as a central point for tourism in the Hudson River Valley. The room was clean and comfortable, check-in was easy. Parking is plentiful.
Price is high, but maybe that's how the Hudson River Valley is on a summer weekend.

I slept well. The staff was friendly.
There was a live spider and a spiderweb in the bathroom on the counter. There was a dead moth on the floor by the AC unit. The coffee cup lids were too big for the cups for the coffee machine in the room, so I burnt my hand multiple times carrying my drink. Finding the hotel itself was extremely difficult. There was no signage from the road you turn onto, and then the building itself says "The Venue" and not "Kingston Regency Inn". My room was a 12-minute walk from the hotel lobby, which was extremely undesirable. Furthermore, I have been attempting to resolve a partial refund dispute between the hotel and booking.com for almost 3 weeks now and haven't received a partial refund.
