Clean, efficient, great lake view. Staff friendly. Breakfast filled the belly for heading to a beautiful day in Hot Springs

Food was the same every day. And the pastry was a hard rock sweet biscuit 😞. They should change it to muffins.

Breakfast was fine. Staff was not accommodating. They appeared understaffed.

Staff was not accomodating. Staff was under staffed and not knowlegable. Request we made were ignored are not acted on ,ie: towels, room facing the lake. The hotel was obviously not full. Desk was not properly manned. Had to stand for long periods before someone showed up at help desk. The lady who worked evenings and night at one point seemed to be hiding from us and others. 2nd day asked for someone / maid service to clean our room.l, No one showed up. The lighting in our front room area was terrible. I reported it to the night desk lady and she made a terrible unhelpful remark and never acted to see correct the problem or send someone up to help us. The back stairwell to the side parking lot had cereal or some wasted mess for the days we were there. We had to walk around it. It never got cleaned while we were there.
