We lost power in the morning but it wasn't anything that the hotel could control, it was the whole section of town

The front desk, bar, and housekeeping staff were very friendly, except one person. Decent breakfast.

The rooms were not clean. Carpets in the room were so dirty that your feet turned black. The beds were not comfortable. The coffee was absolutely horrible. We had a 4 day stay, 2 rooms, 5 people. On day 3 we asked for clean towels, bags for the trash cans, and toilet paper. Many hours later we asked again. The housekeeper had been in the room next to us all of this time. After asking the second time she gave an attitude, went and got 3 towels and nothing else. We had to go to the front desk for the toilet paper.
