Will definitely stay again!

Staff was super friendly. Super clean and smelled amazing and fresh. Great breakfast! Kids loved the pool!

Overall the stay was good but I wish the lighting in the room was better.

The breakfast was very good. We enjoyed the "real" bacon and other offerings. The coffee was also very good.

The room only had 2 lamps. Both were 2 bulb fixtures with only 1 bulb in them. As a result, the room was very dark.

Room had a horrible smell.

Breakfast was ok. Out of white milk for cereal. Out of eggs early… Chocolate milk tasted spoiled.

Room stunk like puke.

Very good

I booked the hotel through booking.com and paid for it in advance and they charged my credit card for the room and I was double charged. A real hastle to get my money back, and I still have not seen it credited on my credit card.

Exceptional stay!!

The rooms were very nice, super clean, and very spacious. No loud noises. The kids loved the pool and slide. The staff was super sweet and friendly. Exceptional experience. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff was wonderful.

The pool was freezing. And dirty the next morning with towels and trash still laying around. No towels. The rooms were dated.

The pool and slide was the best part for my kids.

The staff was not very welcoming got upset when asked for towels and help in the pool room.

the front desk staff on Saturday morning went above and beyond to help us with directions and printed them out. He deserves a raise.

The breakfast staff was grumpy. My friend was promised a banana at breakfast and there weren't any. The towel could use a little softner/.

Breakfast options were great and the pool looked awesome.

The room was not very clean. The cream(maybe white?) curtains had dirty hand prints all over them, the carpet was stained and crusty feeling, spilled coffee on the counter, and the corners of the room definitely needed vacuumed. The bed was also extremely uncomfortable as you could feel the springs and heard every move you made. There was no one at the front desk when checking in or out. We waited at the front desk for 5 minutes before someone was there and when trying to checkout there was no one there so after a couple minutes, we just left the keys on the desk.

Stay was good, location was good. Breakfast and staff were great. Would stay again.

Breakfast was good. Coffee great. Front desk staff was very nice.

There wasn't anything to stir the coffee in the room an it wasn't replaced for the next day. The fact that I booked way ahead of time and had to pay a higher rate because of a college game seemed unfair.

Convenient location for CSU Fort Collins and other points of interest

The breakfast was fantastic. Many hot & cold. Choices!

There was no hot water (hotel wide) on check in day . They worked to resolve the problem quickly.
