How spacious the room was and it had a kitchenette in it with everything you needed.

There’s wasn’t a thing I didn’t like this property was very exceptional

We booked a suite with a king bed, and we were very happy with the comfort of the bed, the size of the suite, the blackout curtains, the air temperature, the amenities provided in the kitchen and the comfort of the furniture.

The hotel has a good location and helpful front desk staff. The elevator worked and the room was as described.

I used to live in Lake Jackson when the hotel had a good reputation. I was so disappointed to find a construction site upon arrival. Nothing prepared me for the demolition and condition of the parking lot, entrance, lobby and the entire 1st floor. Since I had prepaid 5 nights at the full rate I was surprised to face such a mess. I am a frequent traveler and am accustomed to reduced maid service but after 3 nights, my trash cans were full, the complimentary coffee not replaced and dirty towels building up. I asked the front desk and was informed that maid service is once a week only for stays for a week or longer. She suggested that I bring my dirty towels to the front desk and pick up clean ones if needed. In my opinion, this is not appropriate when paying over $130 per night in a small city hotel!
