Good rooms and a great breakfast is the reason why I chose this hotel. I was not disappointed.
I have asked twice at the front desk and by phone several days later to get my final bill emailed to me. I have not yet received the bill. I need it to be reimbursed for my stay. Twice I have given my room details and my email address and have yet to receive my bill from the stay of Sept 8-11. Not happy about the slow service here or why it is so difficult.

The property was larger than expected, very clean in the lobby and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was absolutely amazing and they had so much to offer.
The left elevator definitely needs so work and the hot tub probably needs to be drained and refilled. It had a weird odor to it. The housekeeping was awesome but we had to ask for them to bring us towels 4 times before it even got done. We also ended up just going and getting our own at one point because we had someone to be and housekeeping still hadn’t shown up. Also didn’t like the fact that maintenance wasn’t available during our stay so that we could have a plug in fixed for us to use.

Great location. Easy access to main roads
We had multiple rooms and checked in late at night. One of the rooms’ door was open when we got there (propped open by the door latch). When we told staff about it they didn’t seem to care and said house cleaning probably left it that way.
