Easily to get to off. I -20.Amd the room was exceptionally huge .They could have easily put more beds .And the food was delicious

The cleanliness and helpful staff.
We booked a queen suite with a sofa online but it ended up not being available so they substituted a king suite which was spacious.

If you want to fell Fabulous Customer Service... This is the Hotel..!! the hotel itself was great but the staff Mr. Devin on Front desk and Ms. Da'Trell the Breakfast Greeter... took Customer Service to New Levels that I found outdid Anyone else I have ever met... I would have slept on an Old Army cot in a sleeping bag... and would have been happy simply from their customer service....
In My opinion Ms Da'Trell was and is Ultimately the BEST Customer Representative I have ever met... and her breakfast biscuits are out of this world.. and the Morning or Day Manager I spoke to upon leaving was also Very Hospitable... and full of Southern Charm ... Well Done to all three people....!!

Carpets were stained in a few places.
Toilet flush chain broke. Took them 2-1/2 hours to get someone to come fix it. Costing me time to spend time with my family. I had to stay behind to wait on maintenance.
