The property was clean, quiet, and in a good location.
Our tv messed up and we had to call the front desk to get a maintenance man up there to fix it.

Great hotel, very clean with friendly and welcoming staff. Pool was just what we needed to cool off in on arrival.

The property is fairly close to Memphis and a lot of places that I was needing to go so the location was a big perk. They did assist in a special request and allowed me to do early check-in because I had driven all night and they said that if there was availability that they could work with me, which was amazing.
The general hallways have a kind of musty smell to them. When I checked into my room, the floor in the room was extremely sticky like somebody spilled something and they had attempted to mop it up, but just it wasn’t clean. I had housekeeping come up and attempt to clean it and it just still wasn’t enough. I got five by putting out a towel on the floor, but I did not spend a whole lot of time in my room. So it wasn’t a huge deal but definitely a little inconvenient
