I loved all the different things they had to offer at their Hotel, especially the two pools! The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was welcoming and cozy.

Breakfast was good and the breakfast staff were friendly.
To start, upon arrival, Courtney was at the counter and looked absolutely miserable that anyone even showed up. Gave an attitude the entire time, and was only friendly once this was pointed out to her but only after blaming the guests. The room was okay. There were some stains on the walls, the bathroom had black mold on the ceiling out of reach I guess and the wallpaper in the bathroom was coming off. The carpet in the hotel was sticky feeling.

The location to Ithaca and to lots of good restaurants.
Extremely old and run down. Gross rugs in the hallways and in the rooms.
The stairwell was dark and dirty with the rug having weird stains. NO ELEVATOR!! It was just dirty and very run down throughout the whole place.
