Clean throughout and in the room. We go out to San Jose often and this is probably the best way pace we stay at.
The pillows are way too soft, I woke up with a sore neck. Otherwise no complaints

room was clean, elevator easy to use (no keycard), service was great, the front desk was friendly
I didnt like how you need to pay a deposit every day you stay there like $50 and it adds up i had to leave. i didnt get my deposits back and its been a month. also the room was clean but the table in the room needs o get replaced. it was dingey, like a cigarette burn to it and was scratched up. bathroom needs to be updated more.
