It was over priced for the older facility

The property was located very close to the airport and freeways.

Very outdated facilities. The pillows were super big and couldn’t use. The hotel floors had a misty smell as if the carpets hadn’t been cleaned in a long time.

Not staying here again!

Nothing really

Rooms extremely outdated, no refrigerator or microwave. Stains all over carpet. Resort fee and parking fees charges.

I won't possibly stay here again unless it's required by another work conference.

I liked the staff. Each one of the members I encountered was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I had no trouble reaching the front desk for more towels.

The facility as a whole felt old and decrepit. The windows and skylights in the lobby had some sort of peeling film on them and were abrasive to look at. The elevators were scratched up, dirty, dusty, and had sticky floors. The worst part unfortunately was the room. The lighting was just awful. You essentially had to keep the drapes open to be able to see anything. There were only two overhead lights at the entryway of the room and then one tiny random light towards the window. The room itself was very dusty. There were stains and marks on the sheets and on the carpet. We had them changed but they still didn't look clean.

it was horrible

no space in the room the room was out of date with there stuff they had and the pool was super dirty it had a ring of dirt around the pool and you need a room key for everything I most absolutely hated my stay would never go back

This is an outdated hotel that is overpriced.

the staff was nice

Our room was horrible. it was outdated and basically falling apart. For the amount of money we were charged I was very disappointed. I will never stay there again. Parking charge was also overpriced.

Great facility for business travel - close to the airport, restaurant/bar open till midnight.

The room was very clean. The bed excelent

It seemed to me that the floor was not vacuumed because there were clear traces of a luggage wheels in the carpet.

AVOID. Disappointment and overpriced for motel 7 level of service

proximity to the airport

Multiple problems with the room (pillow case left on the bathroom counter, poor shower drainages, amenities not restocked, poor sound proof and heard noises and doors slamming from the hallway). Wifi was spotty despite this hotel being a business friendly one. Terrible customer service, the parking machine was not working and the front desk was extremely rude and unhelpful in addressing the issue. Did not acknowledge my concern or the problem and made the guest walk back and forth from the parking lot twice to check if the machine and the phone were working, when the issue could have been simply resolved by issuing a parking ticket. She was very rude and this delayed our check out process

Disappointing

Location is easy to access

Bathtub wasn't cleaned well prior to stay. Shower pressure was terrible. Bath towels just smelled like Bleach. Bed didn't have a fitted sheet
