We'll never stay there again

Did not eat breakfast Really what no whole lot to choose from The staff in the restaurant was really nice

The rooms were small the beds were way broke down No USB ports to charge anything in the rooms dirty towels laying in behind chairs not enough light

I was shocked at the problems we had with check in, the over-charging and the condition of the room.

The front desk person was not very friendly and could not find my booking.com check in. They charged me $131.50 for the room since they couldn't find the reservation. Once I got hold of a booking.com person who called to clear up the confusion of the desk person, she still couldn't refund the extra money she had charged me. When they went in the next morning to refund me, they charged me a second time. I think I paid for this room 3 times then. The property is in terrible condition. The room wasn't as clean as I expect. The carpet and chairs were stained. The bathtub had rusty water laying in the bottom of it. All, in all, a terrible experience for which I was greatly overcharged. Had to pay for breakfast. 12.00 IMO is too high when I already paid 170.00 for the room as a solo.

Disappointing

Nice place, comfortable beds and pillows.

No blackout curtains. 24 hour Gas station across the street. No USB ports. $13 for breakfast!?!?

Unhappy

They did not have our registration, so we were unable to stay there. I was charged anyway! I am not happy about it!

Won't be back. I've stayed at Holiday Inns for many years and used them for business. I'm done.

Shower was nice.

False advertising - They haven't had a jacuzzi since the pandemic, yet still show that they do online and through third party services. Tried to make up for it by giving free breakfast passes. It was bad. Fix the website. Photos listed on their OWN SITE were not even their own hotel. After a full day's drive, we really looked forward to a great soak - this was why we selected the hotel.

Great traveller lodging, especially for Teslas.

The location was just next to a Tesla Supercharger, so it was really convenient. I got exactly what I expected: nice bed, quiet location.

The AC was pretty loud.

Nebr staying at a Holiday Inn again if this is what they are like!

no hangers in room. when called front desk for more they said they didn’t have anymore and that someone must have stolen them. Washer did a crappy job cleaning white baseball pants. Had to treasure by hand in the sink. Only 1 working dryer in the whole building when there are sports tournaments going on all weekend in Columbia and everyone is needing to wash and dry uniforms! Had to go down and get more towels because no one serviced the room today. Don’t stay here! You are better off staying at the cheap hotel across I-70!

Not good

Towel rack fell off the wall 1 towel not 2 coffee pot didn't work shut the internet off and TV at 930 am chair wore out carpet looked awful will never stay there again.

Close to Highway. Convenient location.

The room was muggy. Could not cool it off. The hotel has aged considerably since my last stay a year ago.
