I didn't like anything about this hotel

They False Advertising the things they have The Pool was not open with a big sign that said Pool Closed and when I asked the manager Brittany She informed me the heater didn't work but I still can put my kids in the freezer dirty Pool They said they have a Fire pit which didn't work either 😞😞 My daughter's 16th birthday was ruin

Good location, great place, good location.

Cold breakfast could be fresher. Had to pay for hot breakfast, comparable places include hot and cold breakfast.

Bad experience

The rooms were spacious

We were put in a room where there was construction going on over our heads. After 8 they were still working when we were told that the would stop by 7, we were awakened the next morning at 7, by that construction. We could hear them as if they were in the room with us. We called the desk about the construction and we had to ask to change rooms we were not asked if we wanted to move. When we got the key, twice we had to go to the desk to get the keys programmed we could not access our room while sitting in the hall with all of our items. This was unsatisfactory and we're not even offered a discount for our inconvenience. I've stayed before and enjoyed the stay. After this experience I will think twice before booking

I have other options, but I’m loyal to you. I hope things get much better by next year when I return

My daughter ate the breakfast and liked it. I had a glass of wine at the bar Kitchen and bar staff were soooo nice.

The facilities are not impressive and you know that. The pool Looked so disgusting- I wouldn’t get in it if you paid me. The fitness center is so sub par. Please improve it and always make sure there are towels. Elevators are molasses compared to others. Once your rooms are remodeled I think things will be better.

Every floor the ice machines weren't working. The 4th floor was a construction zone. The elevator wasn't too clean.

Superb

Everything was fine and breakfast was good-the waffles were a bit too tough to cut. I could have used more butter and syrup to help it go down. Also last time I stayed there breakfast was included and I paid more to have a room this time. Alot more. I liked the room and we had a great view. The temperature of the room was great and the heater was quiet.

The price of the room could have been lower since I stayed there two times previously. I also belong to the Hilton savings Club for points. Everything went well-just I had to pay extras at the reception desk and pay for breakfast. Also, there was a wedding party staying there overnight and there were doors banging all night while sleeping.

The hotel is conveniently located near I-84 and is a standard hotel. Lobby is nice.

Wasn't worth the extra money to stay at this Hilton Hotel.

There was a microwave in the room, and laundry bags.

Remote would change input randomly. Channel buttons didn't work. Bed was hard even after adjusting firmness, pillows unsupportive. Creamer was curdled. Lids didn't fit coffee cups. Orange stains on blanket, floor, and bathroom towels. Staff didn't speak English we had to meditate a situation over a broken hairdryer between another guest and housekeeping. Gave the guest our hairdryer.

Nice, clean and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast!

The servers at breakfast were exceptional. I really appreciated the personal touch first thing in the morning when I was sleepy from the late night previous. Commendations to those serving with a smile on a Saturday morning!

I wish my room hadn't been so close to the elevator as I heard people coming back as late as 11:30 pm and then was awakened by a family leaving at 6:11 am. If I had been able to keep the fan on in my room it might have muted the exterior sounds.
