The staff was exceptionally helpful and accommodating: I needed to park a small U-Haul (for moving my daughter out of her student apartment) in the parking lot overnight, and they let me cone off a small area to make sure it would fit.
As far as the usual stuff, the beds at Staypineapple are always extremely comfortable.
My room was a bit small but still more than adequate. No real complaints.

The staff was wonderful and everything was clean and well stocked. Room was spacious except for the bathroom which was small but not uncomfortably so.
Surprise "amenities" fee per day at check in - I can't stand hotels who pull that trick to make their prices seem lower.
The pillows were the worst I've had at a hotel in a while - just immediately went flat when I lay down.
The room had no sound isolation. I was kept up at night by noises in the hall and at one point I sounded like someone was rattling my door trying to get in.
Speaking of my door - I only had to enter my room three times but two of those times it took multiple key beeps and shoving at the door for it to open despite getting a green light.
