Was very good except for the malfunctioning bathroom light.

Coffee in the room was great. Staff were friendly and rooms were clean

bathroom light was on a timer which malfunctioned so we had to use the bathroom in the dark and my husband had to shave using the mirror in the hall between the bathroom and the sleeping area

I really enjoyed . If you are looking for affordable but still nice this is the place!!!

The staff were so helpful, the room was very spacious.

The hotel.was updated, the staff made sure we understood everything and explained any questions we had, there was an ice machine on both the upper floors.

The 3rd floor seemed much hotter than the other floors. It also took a very long time for our room to cool down. I know it was 100 degrees outside but it should still be able to cool the room down.

Disgusting experience in this hotel

Large room

The room was not clean, especially the bed. I’m pretty sure the bed had bugs, and I had to sleep in the couch. Upon my arrival, the bed sheets were all wrinkled, as if they weren’t changed between the previous guest and myself.

we would definitely stay here again!

staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure everything was good!

the only thing that didn’t work for us, because we had our 2 grandsons, was that the pool was an outdoor pool and it was to cool to swim. so we found a place with an indoor pool and the staff here were so very understanding when we switched.

Good room at a good price. Disappointed with Booking.com

Room and other facilities were very good. Breakfast and dining area was better than average.

I booked a King Suite with Booking.com. Choice Suites Kingwood did not have a King Suite available. They said to take it up with the 3rd party, i.e., Booking.com. Not happy with Booking.com.

Great Hotel

The room was a great size. I think I really liked the bathroom mirror the most because it had a button on it that would light up the mirror like a vanity lol. The breakfast was great. They had a variety of things to choose from.

The only thing I didn't like was the pool wasn't clean. It was the perfect size for my kids so I know they would've loved it had it been clean.

Very comfortable and pleasant and close to where we neede to go while there

Breakfast was good. Plenty of options to eat for breakfast. Very clean and well lit. Overall very pleased with the hotel. Had a stigma about comfort but that has changed with this stay. Great size of room very comfortable and a really great value!!!

Quiet, clean and comfortable.

Clean and updated room.

Hallway carpet needs a good cleaning. it had a musty smell when walking down hallway. Top bed mattress hasn’t been flipped probably since first put in room. Large sagging spot in mattress next to nightstand. Please periodically flip and spin mattresses for maximum comfort.

Cleanliness and space of the rooms. Friendly front desk staff. Location location location.

Noisy neighbors and the breakfast wasn't but it matched the cooks nasty attitude
