Loved that it was a historic hotel with nautral beauty and an amazing wraparound porch for relaxing. The pool was really nice. They offered nice amenities especially for families like a cookie at check-in, popsicles at the pool and smores at the fire pit.
The hotel needed some light fixes like door knobs that were not falling off or even a fresh count of paint. We went to the restaurant for dinner and they only had two servers who were running around, struggling to keep up.

Rude manager. Excellent wait staff and desk help aside from unhelpful and inhospitable front desk manager.
