You guys are the worst of the worst when it comes to business practice, I have tried everything in my power to speak to a real person about my need for a refund and been met with stone walls.

They charge you to eat breakfast when it should be free to the guest and for the price of the room you would expect more inside the room . It’s basic

The shuttle into downtown every 20/30 minutes was a really nice touch. The foyer is nice and comfortable and spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed, quiet rooms, clean.

An edit to this: I have been over/double charged. I emailed them 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing back. Have started a booking.com dispute. AVOID. Unfortunately this hotel was leaving a negative impression before I arrived. They sent me a pre-check in form to fill out that had 11pm as the last available time. This worried me as it said 24 hour lobby in booking.com and my flight was getting in late. Anyway - I tried calling them about 20 times. No answer. I eventually got onto the central line and they said that the hotel is impossible to reach on the phone. They did respond on booking.com saying that check in is earliest at 3pm. That was the opposite of what I asked them. They charge a resort fee. Believe me, this aint no resort. The rooms were dated but overall fine.

The room was nice, the staff was friendly even when it was busy. The area was a nice location it wasn't far from the venue we were going to. The place was clean and the enviroment was nice. I would stay here again even though I wasn't told about the fee.

The TV did not work correctly, but not a big deal since we only stayed for the night and not even a full night. The chairs in the rooms were old and stained but nothing terrible. I don't like that I wasn't told about a Facility Fee and that it was just a $50 security deposit that I would get back but ended up only getting $21.85 back out of $50 because of the fee. That did seem shady to not mention that at the front desk.

Location was great, free shuttle was convenient. Pool area was great.

No smoke detector in room. No fridge. Shower was made for the height of a short short person. Shuttle driver was unpersonable.
