Checking in was a breeze, the employee that checked us in was quick, polite, efficient and knowledgeable. She even suggested a affordable shuttle to take us to the stadium

They didn't have breakfast but they did offer coffee. The staff were very nice and friendly. Check in and put was easy and fast. I even got a shuttle to the concert we came to Nashville for off of a sign in the front lobby. The shuttle was called Hollywoood's shuttle. That guy was amazing too! Our last minute trip was amazing!
The fridge in our room had frozen so we couldn't use it but we brought a cooler with us anyway and just used the ice machine in the lobby. Also, I really hoped for breakfast of some sort but there's was a waffle house nearby.
