It’s budget friendly, the bed was very comfortable.

Staff very friendly and helpful, descent breakfast, bagels, toast, muffins, fruit, yogurt , juice, coffee. Rooms were clean, comfortable. Good location .

It is located close to downtown and can get public transit to downtown easily.
Staff were NOT knowledgeable about the area, friendly or overly helpful with answering any of our questions, etc.
The breakfast was NOT very good, and only one waffle maker for many people to share. It was quite a long wait in order to make one waffle.
There were only 3 tissues in the tissue box for us to use, and the toilet paper clearly had not been replaced either as it was on its last little bit before we needed to change the roll.
