This has always been our go to hotel and I’m hoping maybe they were just having an off day.

Pillows were horrible it was almost like it was half of full pillow cut in half. There wasn’t hardly any covers there was sheet a thin blanket and then another sheet I guess serving as a comforter which there wasn’t any.

Will be back if in Nashville again and highly recommend this to anyone

Close to the opry

We booked 2 rooms. They gave us smoking rooms which was ok because our daughter in law smokes. However, in our first room 242 , the light in the bathroom was broken. It didn't work. The bed was broken and the electrical outlet for the TV was pulled from the wall with wires exposed. The chair in the room was disgusting, it had half smokes cigarettes in the chair along with food. When I called the office they brushed me off. They had housekeeping bring me up a lamp for the bathroom. Yeah that's good for it. Lets have, electrical cords run along the floor in the bathroom. The second room, room 243 had wet semen on the blankets, they had house keeping come change the bed clothes and reclean the room. When I asked about a discount I was told they couldn't give me a discount bet they would be willing to give me a discount and have me leave the premises. That wasn't an option. No one around Nashville had a room. I had my room booked for over a month only to be given the crappiest rooms they've had available. We used to tell everyone we came across to go there to stop. We won't anymore and we will not be staying there again either.

We was not happy at allllll.

We have been staying here for a long time, we come 8-9 time a year, it’s getting run downed, we was so unhappy this trip.

Our room was horrible, nails sticking out where trim should have been, toilet running, while taking a shower you was stand in water, tub drained so so slow

Loved that that had a bus to take you to and from downtown for only 10.00 a person and the location is awesome!

I’d recommend there! Location was GREAT!!

The location! Walking distance to Gaylord Opryland and we enjoyed the local night life and shopping center.

Not a game changer but bathroom could be a little bigger. A Do not Disturb sign. I didn’t like the cleaning staff coming in while we were out.

it was all in all a great trip, hotel prices were good and will definitely use fiddlers again, just request a room on th

room were clean and updated, water pressure in the shower was amazing, staff was very nice and helpful

our room was right across the parking lot from the sports bar and the live music kept us awake until 3 am every night

Because of the lack of customer service I will never stay at this hotel again.

Staff at front desk WAS NOT ACCOMMODATING AT ALL. No customer service whatsoever. For this reason I will never stay here again. I will say the Manager was the only nice person but yet she could not, or would not, accommodate our requests.

Great value and convenient to nearby live music and bars

Close to a lot of great bars/live music. convenient to dinning places, within walking distances.

Room had a moldy smell especially when you turn on the air unit. TV was very low quality with only local channels.

Great location, can walk to Opry, Opryland and mall. Comfortable bed, clean room.

The whole place is a bit tired and scruffy but it was clean and comfortable.

First I was double charged still waiting for that to be worked out when you get there you have a 50.00 hold which they say is released in 72 hours the room was less then clean old outdated but you get what you pay for!!!

terrible.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke, and my husband is allergic. my clothes smelt like it when we got home. not very clean. we were staying 2 nights and decided to come back a day early because of how poorly the room was. I would not recommend this place to anyone. the only positive thing I have to say about it, it was close to the grand ole Opry.

Terrible all the way around.

stayed here several times, this stay was terrible. Bad room smelled like smoke, given a hard time when I wanted to change. 2nd room in rough shape. Holes in walls ripped up carpet.I expect to be compensated for how terrible this was. Rude employees to top it off. You must update this place or at least make it comfortable. I paid over $500 to be uncomfortable and to top it off came home with Covid.

Sufficient since we didn't spend time in the room.

We didn't eat any breakfast. They had coffee and juices available at times we were in lobby. They had an ice machine outside on side of building.

The room floors counters sink were dirty. Bed was clean. The location of pooldid not look like it belonged to property. It was behind a bar, a walk from the hotel.
