Nice area and clean

Elevators only at one end of building……extremely long walk from elevator to room. Shower grab bar and sliding glass door has only 18 inches wide space to maneuver in.

HILTON? Really? A Nasty Experience.

The location.

Booking.com said “No pets” but oh, they had many. Nasty pet-hair matted in carpets and smells everywhere. Our floor, #2, smelled like canned dog food. I literally gagged. The front desk was so rude I thought she was kidding at first! But, then, she made my daughter cry for stepping on the rolling cart we were about to use for luggage. The woman screamed “OFF!!” like she could’ve been talking to one of those giant dogs. There was a sign taped to the peeling wallpaper behind our toilet in room 238. it read, PLUNGER UNDER BATHROOM SINK. CALL DESK IF YOU NEED HELP.” I was charged $100.00 extra and not refunded until they could “Check for damages.”. This was bothersome on a few levels——mainly because there were damages all over the property I didn’t want to pay for! I asked them to check the room while I waited but that was a big N-O. Breakfast was cleaned off and gone by 8:45 when we came down.

THE HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS, VERY GOOD, BUT THE ACTIONS OF THE FRONT DESK STAFF WAS COLD & HEARTLESS!!

The breakfast was DELICIOUS and offered variety each morning. The food was well prepared and always plentiful. The Apple Juice was the best I've every tasted. The cook and kitchen staff were friendly, accommodating and courteous. Always served the guest with a smile.

The MANNER in which the Front Desk staff handled my Check-in fees. When I initially made my reservation SEVERAL months ago, I read the Hotel Policy, and Fee sections VERY carefully before I reserved my room. I was checking to see if there was a Deposit or and Incidental Fee required up front in addition to the charge for my Room and applicable taxes. There was NO STIPULATION on either the Booking.com website or on the Homewood Suites website regarding an Incidental Fee or Deposit. Yet when I arrived at the hotel, and during my Check-In, I was told by the young, white lady who checked me in that there was a $100.00 Incidental Fee that would be charged to the Debit card I used to pay for my room in addition to the charge for the Room and taxes. I explained to the young lady that there was NO STIPULATION about an Incidental Fee or Deposit being required at check in on either the booking.com website or the Hotel's website. So I asked to speak to the Manager. I was then referred to Adrian Claybrooks, Front Office Manager, I explained to Mr. Claybrooks that since I DIDN't expect to pay a $!00 Incidental/Deposit Fee. or at most ONLY the $20.00 Deposit fee that the young, black man who I'd spoken with when I'd called the Hotel several weeks previous to my arrival had said that I would be charged, that I DID NOT have enough money in my Checkings account to cover the $!00 Incidental Fee. I asked Mr. C;laybrooks if he could possible waive the $100.00 fee and he said, "NO." So because Mr. Claybrook, who checked me in on 5/12/23, charged my Checkings account ($371.14, for Room cost plus taxes, and the additional $100.00 Incidental Fee, my Checkings account, as I am writing this on Monday 5/15, is CURRENTLY OVERDRAWN by $74.55. I DIDN'T EVEN HAVE ENOUGH MONEY LEFT IN MY ACCOUNT TO GET A CAB FROM THE HOTEL TO THE GREYHOUND BUS TERMINAL ON 5/14/23 to get back home to NC!!

Superb

I liked how helpful the staff for the diner was. I needed a tray to carry food to my room, and there weren't any. The lady there gave me a cookie display tray to use on my word that I'd bring it back. I was sad I couldn't hand it to her directly when I brought it back.

Everything was fine. We had no issues.

Exceptional

My daughter & I enjoyed our stay. The staff was helpful & courteous. The room was clean & comfortable. We especially enjoyed the impromptu concert in the lobby by whom we assume was another guest. After 5 hrs of travel, it was so enjoyable to simply sit & listen.

Dogs allowed… While not a dislike, I could see some guests possibly being disturbed by the barking dog whose owner we assumed had left. We were already awake, so it wasn’t a bother. We actually wished we could have gone to play.

DISAPPOINTED ABOUT THE ENTIRE STAY WANT EVER STAY AT HOMEWOOD IN BRENTWOOD TENNESSEE. RUDE

The front desk agent wasn't friendly at all. When you call down to ask a question the workers act like you're getting ON THEIR NERVES. I SURELY WANT EVER STAY AT THIS HOMEWOOD SUITES AND I WOULDN'T TELL ANYONE TO STAY THERE. RUDE WORKER'S.

Front desk agent nor THE GENERAL MANAGER SHE WASN'T HELPFUL EITHER.

Property was average but the employees went over and above.

The staff members were all extremely nice and helpful. We could not have asked for better! The breakfast area was clean and the food was good. The location was perfect for driving into Nashville and driving down to Franklin.

The hotel is a little older than I anticipated. The elevator on our side of the hotel was not working which caused a great deal of walking and stairs. The room was not cleaned during our stay.

The location was great. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The pool was warm and wasn't overly crowded. And beds were outstanding. I will definitely stay again.

Disappointing

I left some items up underneath the sink by the bathroom and when I called to let them know they said that they didn’t see anything, but I went to Walmart prior to leaving and I know it was there because it’s not here with me in Georgia. I traveled over 7 hrs there and was there for almost a week. How can you not see two different packs of soap, a bottle of tide detergent, two cans of Lysol, and some Microban spray. Housekeeping got my stuff and pretended that they didn’t see it. I still haven’t received a call back yet as to where my items are. There was also a time my commode was running over the receptionist told me that I can get the plunger and do it myself...
