A decent Hotel

Very busy. A decent place to spend a night. Very helpful young lady working the desk upon arrival.

Property and room was clean and would stay again!

This was a very nice property and clean. It is close to many attractions around the city. Breakfast had many options and coffee to drink!

The parking lot was full. The room was quite warm on arrival although I got there after my expected arrival.

Everything was perfect for our stay, just wished it was longer. We will definitely be coming back!!

It was a nice hotel, but it did not offer a good facility for a person in a wheelchair.

It was clean and very pretty

I booked a handicapped room as my husband is a amputee and in a wheelchair. The bed was too high and he could not get into it, he had to sleep sitting up in a chair all night, and it was not a recliner. When I went to tell them they told me there were no other rooms available and we would have to stay in that room. Also, it had a tub and not a roll in shower or a bench to get into the shower. Someone needs to address the handicapped facility. I was very disappointed by this, to say the least.

Owner not helpful in resolving booking.com booking issues. Manager was very nice and tried to assist, but owner not so much

Too far from activities and town. Well maintained. Great staff thin walls.

Great staff, bfast and nice room.

Walls too thin. Heard walking overhead and people in room next to us. Wouldn’t stay there again.

I would probably stay again because of the area.

I liked the area of the property and place was clean enough.

we booked a room for 4 - 2 queen beds. we were given a room with one queen bed and a sofa sleeper. sofa sleeper was not made and no sheets or bedding was found in the room. front desk got us what was needed and offered to have room service make the bed but we declined and made it ourselves. upon entering the hotel there was a pile of booths and tables in a little alcove where I guess there was renovations happening. that was off putting but if renovations were happening, we weren’t bothered by them at any point.

the bathroom doesn’t have the long counter to put all the personal Hygiene items on it , there is a sink counter about a 1/1/2 foot long obviously that in not enough.

remote to tv did not work. fridge not work. toilet kept running. very little cold water in bathroom sink.

Certainly could have been better if they had straightened up the rumors requested

Decent decent the flow was not the best I've ever accounted

Since a pandemic I understand that most hotels you have to tell them you want to enter I did that very early on Sunday morning maybe 37 a.m. and ask them to give us fresh towels to make the bed and take the trash and that never happened

We would book again as long as it remains the same and no changes with the new ownership

The room was nice and smelled clean. Bed very comfortable and loved the comforter and pillows! Fridge and microwave handy. View good. Breakfast ladies very friendly and kept things replenished. Housekeeping did exactly as I asked.

Elevator light would not stay on to let you know it was on the way but was pretty quick to get there. Desk staff not overly friendly except Mickie. Rest were ok.

Good price, good location and nice comfy rooms. I would stay here again.

Nice comfy beds. I loved the large whirlpool tub in our suite.

breakfast was a little lacking. also did t help when the cook didn’t show up one day. we ended up eating out for breakfast that morning.
