I thought it was very quiet and comfortable. Everything was well taken care of.
Breakfast was not very impressive. Maybe add a couple more varieties of food such as bacon not just sausage. Maybe some flavored cream cheese instead of just plain whipped cream cheese.

Location, room layout
The rooms with kitchens were ill equipped to cook in. The cooking utensils were flimsy plastic, could barely stir the meal I was making. Also one tiny knife and no cutting board. Guests should be notified of kitchen amenities beforehand. The front desk wouldn’t give us extra pillows “because hotels don’t normally offer/have extra pillows for guests”(?????)
The shower door wouldn’t close all the way and the fan was visibly broken, hanging down from the ceiling in the bathroom.

Nice large size room, variety for breakfast
Dirty, mold in bathroom, tables in breakfast needed wiped bad, buffet had multiple spills, Cheerios in hall, toilet paper on floor in main lobby, no one doing maintenance cleaning.
