The room was nice and in good condition (decor, floors are in good condition). Spacious bathroom.
Location was very good for our trip. It's past most of the DC area traffic (when coming from the northeast).
Despite stating that the rooms include a microwave and refrigerator - and despite the direct message to the property asking that they make sure that our room includes these - the room included neither! We checked in late at night, so we weren't up to going to reception to work it out. We made do with bags of ice in our cooler.
Bring your own toiletries. You get the slightest sliver of soap.

Washcloths were hard to get. Only had one on our 4 day trip and got that one on our second day.

Good location with easy access to transportation, and plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Ok for one night stay. They allow dogs for free.
Had a funky odor. The room was constantly damp/humid despite having the AC on. Asked multiple time to reduce our number of nights by a night because it wasn’t very comfortable, but management never responded.
