The rooms were very clean and up to date, older style of hotel but everything was clean and up to date. The level of service was absolutely outstanding. Juan Martinez went above and beyond and we really appreciated it. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The beds are very comfortable. The room was quiet. I wasn't looking for a room with a view, so it was fine with me. The location was great.
The only complaint I have is the water pressure - it wasn't much. Other than that - it was great.

2 double beds in the room was a bonus - and the shower was pretty good. Hotel is situated on a main drag - with a garage and shop opposite. Staff were pleasant.
Didn't like the vibe of this hotel - felt more like a motel, and a serial killer motel at that. As my 16yr old said - "it's a bit shady". It was a bed for a few nights, but to be honest - we couldn't wait to leave. Wasn't even that convenient for Disney - was further out than I expected. Very expensive for a bog standard room. Pool area was also overrun with ants - all over the sunbeds... went to chill after a day in Disney - just really to soak the feet... but too many ants everywhere to feel comfy!
