Location was perfect - not far from Disney and easy to get to. Parking was easy, and I appreciated the ability to park ahead of check-in time. Hotel room was great, bed was comfortable, and they had a water station downstairs that was very helpful. Big plus - AC was extra cold!

Like it was close to the location we were visiting and some staff were polite mainly housekeeping and one receptionist
I didn’t like the fact that I must pay to keep my car there even though I have a room booked ? Also don’t like the fact room key is only good for 2 uses max before you have to get a new one happen every time and when I went to ask it seemed like most people issues and they were tired of hearing it. And the elevator needs to be redone or something because I was on level 3 and no matter what everytime I would go up to four and go down and stop at each level no one was ever waiting for it
