The bar/restaurant needs better options. I ordered white wine and the bartender poured a glass from a bottle opened two and a half weeks earlier. It was sour and bitter. After saying it was sour, he opened a new bottle. They need to check dates opened since they write it on the bottle when it’s opened before pouring and serving.

We liked the room size, comfort and quietness. The location is very convenient to the Disney parks and you can walk to nearby restaurants. The free mimosa for moms on Mother's Day was a nice touch.
The unfriendly front desk attendant she might have been a manager as well but she was just very rude and unhelpful. After a long day at Disneyland my son and I wanted to relax our sore muscles in the hot tub. We were extremely let down when we got into the hot tub and it was more like a lukewarm tub, plus there were to towels available in the pool area to get out and dry off. The front desk specifically asked us not to bring the bath towels from our room down and to use the pool towels. We had zero way to dry off so we sat in a not hot tub waiting for towels. My son asked the from desk for some towels the front desk lady rudely told him she would send some down. We waited almost an hour get towels. Very disappointing to say the least.
