Carlos at the front desk was all smiles when we arrived. He also signed me up to benjn the Hyatt Rewards. As a member we got free two water bottles daily. Let me tell you, free water when you are heading to Disneyland is amazing! The breakfast attendant, Myrna was also very nice to my family!
Wish there was a shuttle to and from Disneyland

The proximity to Disneyland was top tier! We loved the convenience of having so many restaurants nearby. The property was so clean and the breakfast had a variety each day and plenty of space for tons of guests and their families to eat. The rooms were so clean and comfortable.
We got a room on the top floor facing the back of the property and the delivery trucks were a bit loud in the morning

How close to Disney
The room with a view was not really a view other than a palm tree not worth the upgrade. The first room given was dirty and had to request to be switched to a different room.
