Everything i could rate 10 /10 the room was very clean, room service was great when we needed the room to be cleaned up ,the breakfast buffet was also great staff was friendly, the room was spacious also i ordered a bday banner for my son and balloons and the staff placed it in our room.before our arrival so thankyou !
The size of breakfast area was a bit small but it worked out regardless I would stay again

It was our first time staying in this hotel. It was reasonable price with free parking & conveniently located walking distance to the shuttle pick up for Universal Studios. This is the primary reason we stayed here. I booked 2 rooms with 2 queen size beds for my family for 2 nights. The rooms were clean and had mini-fridge and microwave. There is a European coffee machine at the front desk which provided delicious coffee. There are pastries in the morning. The staff at the front desk were friendly.

This is our second time staying in this hotel primarily to visit Disneyland and California Adventure. It was reasonable price with free parking & conveniently located walking distance to the park. I booked 2 rooms with 2 queen size beds for my family for 2 nights. The rooms were clean and had mini-fridge and microwave. It was quiet where our rooms were located. A full breakfast was included. The staff were friendly.
