The hotel itself is beautiful, in a great location, and very convenient for Disneyland. I also appreciated that after bringing our concerns to the staff, they did eventually move us to another room and were kind about wanting us to feel comfortable.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness of our original room was concerning. We found multiple stains and blood stain trails on the bedding/mattress covers areas of both beds, which made me uncomfortable enough that I contacted the hotel and asked for the room to be inspected they did change it however.. they did not change the part that was stained, which was the mattress cover. We were eventually moved to another room, which I appreciated, but it added a lot of unnecessary stress at the beginning of a family trip we had really been looking forward to. For a hotel at this price point and reputation, I expected the room and bedding to feel thoroughly clean and inspected before check-in. I’m sharing this because I would want another guest to know what our experience was. The management did comp us for breakfast the next morning.

The only downside if you can call it that, is that I wish the pool and pool area was bigger

The location was fantastic, it was nice and clean.
We had a room that overlooked a logistics yard. Trucks arriving early in the morning and late in the evening. Wish we had paid for a resort view! Very busy around the pool and we couldn’t get beds.

High charge for car parking and very weak breakfast choices… The staff need to be more friendly
