It was very close to what my family needed

It was a short distance to Disneyland. And the daytime staff was amazing!

The nightmare staff gentleman was very rude.

Its only a few minutes walk to dianeyland and the waterpark was a huge bonus especially for the kids.

It was missing a pen/pencil and a notepad.

The staff at the hotel were really nice and friendly, and I want to give a special shoutout to the lifeguards. They did a great job watching the pool and helping make sure everyone was safe. We really appreciated that.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3/5 Stars Unfortunately, there were several things that made our stay less enjoyable. The Wi-Fi was horrible. We could hardly get a good connection the entire time we were there. This was especially frustrating when trying to plan and organize our vacation days. The TV and movies were also constantly glitching and cutting out because of the poor connection. Our kids would get so frustrated because they couldn’t even sit down and watch a movie without it repeatedly stopping. After long days at Disneyland, having some downtime to relax and watch a movie was something our family really looked forward to. We mentioned the Wi-Fi issue to the front desk and were told they would reset all the routers, but unfortunately that didn’t make any difference. Our room was also located right next to the laundry/washer room, so we could hear the machines running fairly often. It wasn’t ideal when trying to relax or sleep. The room also didn’t have extra blankets, and the sheets were very thin. The A/C was inconsistent, turning on and off and never really maintaining a comfortable temperature. Our microwave didn’t rotate when heating food, which made it difficult to warm food evenly. Another issue was the bathroom ventilation. There was no fan to help with humidity after showers, and the bathroom definitely feels like it could use some updating. The location is walkable to Disneyland, which is convenient, but I do think the hotel could improve things by offering transportation to Disneyland more frequently, especially for families who are spending long days at the parks.
