Absolutely amazing stay! Could not say enough about how wonderful all the staff was! Can’t wait to stay again!!

Misleading in how close this is to Disneyland in advertising. Not very clean for the substantial price difference. Check in took more than 20 minutes waiting. Direct staff but not helpful or pleasant.

The board on the side of the bed broke off. We called to have it fixed and no one came to fix it. Pressure from the shower was slow.

Food credit. Cleanliness and convenience. Parking fee is a bit steep.

Great hotel in a nice surrounding

Best and cleanest hotel. 20 minute walk to Disney with so many options for restaurants. The customer service was exceptional. My son had a fall and they sent some customer reps right away with meds, care and a bear. We will definitely be back.

This property really doesn't feel like a JW Marriott. It doesn't have the full resort feel, and the service is just okay, not the friendliest employees ever. No hot tub, limited amenities. Should probably be rebranded to just a normal Marriott instead of a JW.

Came in early from our international flight around noon, check in is at 4pm, saw us with our daughter asleep and they let us check in early with no extra cost. Shopping mall at and restaurants where you can walk to, cheesecake factory etc, and play area for kids to play.

Beautiful location and the shuttle to Disney is just across the street .

Property was clean and staff very helpful. 2 things that the hotel needs to get better at: 1. Staff response time for housekeeping and in room dinning. Every night unasked for something or ordered something it took more than an hour for it to arrive and only because I had to call back and remind 2. Shower heads are appalling. Hardly any pressure. A shower that takes me 10min took me at least half an hour.

Great service

Everything as advertised. 5 minute walk to Toy Dtory carpark for free shuttle to Disney was great as were restaurants in close proximity. Disney fireworks barely visible from Park View rooms and piped music from adjacent mall very late and early in morning (or from JW Marriott Garden) means that I wouldn’t book these rooms again. Rest of family didn’t hear the music so may only be an issue for sensitive sleepers.

Would have been good to have larger selection on room service menu. Some areas of rooms are not Cleaned / dusted ever. Eg: telephone which was odd. Would be good to have had the cafe / snack area open all day and evening. Bigger hotel shop with more items would have been good too.

No microwave, refrigerator is a joke, 60$ for parking daily, whole bunch of hotel fees, and TOURIST fee. Unbelievable!

My family and I had a terrible… TERRIBLE… check in experience. We got to the hotel at 12:00 to drop off our bags and leave them with valet so we could tour around Anaheim until our check in time at 4:00PM. We got back at 5:00 PM and our rooms weren’t ready. My brother’s was the first ready at 6:30 PM. My parent’s afterwards at 7:00 PM. My sister in law even paid a 100 USD deposit to secure two connecting rooms would be ready since she has 3 kids, and the rooms weren’t ready until past 10:00 PM. The kids had to sleep in the car. Unacceptable. We were greeted by Huntington and Jessica who were very accommodating and sweet, I’m grateful for their patience. But afterwards we were met by Alexis who left a lot to be desired of the hospitality service the Marriott chain is known for. Our rooms were never made during our stay, we were there for 3 nights. And the compensation that was promised to my mother and sister in law was never given. I’ve stayed in various Marriott hotels before, but never had this kind of experience, very disappointing.

We just spent 5 nights at JW Marriot Anaheim and it was an excellent overall experience. Make sure to use the onsite food options they are the best in the area. We used the coffee shop every morning before Disney, had a late night wine on the rooftop deck, and breakfast at Tocca. The rooms were clean and spacious. It was fairly cold so we didn’t use the pool would have been great if there was also a hot tub for sore Disney legs but the rooms have generous bathtubs.

The Hotel, while aesthetically pleasing on the facade, service is really poor. I can cite couple of instances such as cleanliness, attitude of the front desk and everything.

Fantastic hotel with great service and in an excellent location for our itinerary for Disney Land. Highly recommend.

We booked this hotel for our trip to Disneyland and California Adventure from December 23rd to 25th. The hotel was very clean and looked fancy, and the staff was extremely friendly. Even though it's a 20-minute walk to Disney, we opted for an Uber in the morning and at night, which cost an average of $8 each way. A great plus is the variety of restaurants nearby catering to all budgets!

They made our stay so great, super nice staff, the restaurant buffet is good enough peobably the only thing to improve are the pillows they're so soft but that is a classif of every hotel.

beware there is a $30 resort fee but u do ghet $30 credit back to use for food

Place has decent size rooms. Walking distance to Disneyland.

We arrived 2 hours after check- in time and our room was still not available. We were given another room however the room did not have a view of Disneyland which was the whole point of our hotel choice is JW Marriot had park views as an option. I had to call front desk who directed me to a manager just to approve a discount which should be common practice and automatic. Also very disappointed our room was next to staff stock room? Room did not have a microwave and a laundry room was not on the premises And a Shuttle to the park was not available from the Hotel. I would not recommend JW Marriot to friends or family.

There is a small mall connected to the back of the property that has tons of dinning options and areas to keep younger kids entertained.

Wonderful staff

We did enjoy our stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, clean and the washroom was big and bright. I want to mention Lorena from Tocca Ferro Italian restaurant, she went above and beyond to make our stay more pleasant. Lorena is such a huge asset for the hotel

We decided to stay at this property because it was within walking distance to the parks. Some of the fees are kind of pricey. The parking is $59 per night and there is a $30 site fee each day. That site fee tho can be used as a credit for the dining. There is a knock off starbucks on the 1st floor, but sadly there items were expired. I had to keep asking for fresh ones as the juices were like 1-2 weeks past best by dates. We stayed on the 7th floor, nice room. It had the park view but only of grand California side. It has a keurig and mini cooler in the room. But not much could fit in that cooler. The bathroom was nice. We had housekeeping each day, but they never refilled the products that were used the day prior. Had to keep asking for stuff. People were running thru the halls and screaming each night at around midnight. (They had parties each night we were there) It really isn’t kid friendly. It’s nice if you are there for business. But if staying with kids go somewhere else. I told them prior to our stay we were going to Disney and it was our anniversary. They didn’t do anything for our anniversary but did give the kiddos a cute note and some Disney stuff. All in all. For $1,800 for 3 nights. I’d stay at a different hotel for Disneyland vacation.
