The proximity to Disneyland is great, its a really short pleasant walk. Found the staff polite and helpful, the rooms spotlessly turned out and the outside areas well presented and the facilities good. We used the pool a couple times and everywhere was clean and tidy. The included breakfast was perfectly adequate and fuelled us everyday, nobody went hungry or without decent coffee!
The was a light in our room that couldnt be turned off, not sure if it was for safety as it was right by the stairs but I found that annoying.

Clean, well kept, comfortable and the staff was outstanding!
We liked everything about the property

It was close to Disney and had plenty of room for my family to stay in, and much cheaper than staying on property. They had a great breakfast selection and friendly staff too.
It was a little outdated, but not a big deal at all.

The space in the room was good. Kitchen appliances/white goods are excellent. All staff were lovely and parking was always free and available.
The housekeeping was only every 3 days which left us having issues with towels, bathroom cleanliness, and rubbish/trash. The breakfast is very basic. Kitchen in the room was not well stocked (e.g., tongs, paper towel, baking sheets). A little too far of a walk from Disneyland Resort for young children, about a block too far particularly in the heat.
