The cleanliness of the location and the friendly staff.
Interior of rooms need a bit more care. Rooms were not as nice as they looked on the pictures and there were no cups, soap or shampoo available in the rooms. I had to go buy some.

Free parking, close to Disneyland to walk or walk across the street to Toy Story parking lot. Close to places to eat and market with in walking distance. Good price, had a kitchenette with full size fridge and stove, pool.
No breakfast, people hanging out at the pool smoking Tobacco and marijuana not using pool access to swim when other people wanted to use pool access to swim. pool not cleaned with good chemicals, clogged toilet, no coffee pot in room, no blow dryer, huge cockroach in bathroom, wifi was in and out, towels were not available when asked. Asked twice throughout day still not available. No room service. Elevator floors were dirty.
