The property was okay, location and bed were perfect, room service was awesome always a clean and tidy room the staff honestly super nice and friendly cleaners were on top of it everyday! I’ve stayed at the hilton and sherrington on that street and didn’t even receive a tidy and clean room after a night
The bathroom could use major work. The toilet seat wasn’t even fastened, the bathtub had cracks of paint and just looked over all very much used and old. The room definitely doesn’t have ventilation, the AC was blasting but the room was muggy and humid, the ceiling air grille was dripping water and then they overprice for parking. It should definitely be uncurled since we’re staying at the property. This was the property though, the staff was amazing i cannot stress that enough

The price was decent.
The whole hotel needs to be renovated. Some of the bathroom fixtures were coming off the wall. Bed mattresses could be more comfortable as well as the sleeper sofa. Pillows need an upgrade also.

Location was great, next to the Toy Story parking and bus station to the park. Breakfast was meh. Staff were really nice.
The beds were awful, so very hard. There chalking in the tub was punk and black with mold. The walls are paper thin and you could hear everything in the hall and above. The hotel itself was also extremely hot.
