It was ok.

It was clean. Some of the faculty was nice, decent breakfast.

My check in was rough. We asked for connecting rooms we were put in two different floors. My room had a smell. I asked for air freshener. He told me he’ll try and make it to my room and that he had no more rooms available. I had to deal with it so I went downstairs to try and get air freshener. He said he had already sent housekeeping to my room Asked for his name. I met housekeeping at the elevator, and he was barely telling him about my room housekeeping went to the room refrigerator was broken and had a smell. then he calls me Said he had another room for me. I go purchase stuff downstairs same staff member said he wanted to charge it to my room and I said no he said well we can’t do it I said OK I’ll put it back. He said where’s your card so I gave him my card he charged me. He said he couldn’t give me a receipt only gives a receipt with everyone’s card on it OK whatever.

Best hotel we ever stayed at

The shampoo and conditioner n body wash were amazing. Staff was welcoming and polite. Loved how it was walking distance to store and Waffle House. Wasn’t far from the mall at all.

Loved everything about the stay. Nothing bad to say at all

Superb

The man working front desk, George, it was his first day the day I checked in. He was very kind, polite and didn't hesitate to get what you needed. You could see he was a bit overwhelmed, but stayed calm and handle everything fanatically. Everyone who worked there that I ran into was very kind and would ask if everything was okay or if we needed anything. Very nice people! Great experience and nice place to stay.

The pool tiles were very dirty and the elevators seemed pretty janky. The beds are a little to hard for my taste, but the room and every where else was clean and nice.

Chose it because it was near the airport.

I was over charged. The didn’t have a bottle of water to drink.

I will say that Grace was very sweet with the circumstances we were given and tried to accommodate us. I appreciate her.

The way that my husband who is handicapped was accommodated. We came with 4 other couples, who also stayed at this hotel. When it was our turn to check in, our room is Ada because he is missing a leg, our room was not ready. All of the other couples rooms were. we all had dinner reservations. We ended up having to go to a friends room there and I was able to shower and get ready for dinner. everyone was able to get ready and shower except him. it was very sad. He has one leg so he can not stand to take a shower. our room was finally ready at 6 pm but our reservations were at 7 so he was not able to shower or anything. grace was sweet and tried to accommodate us, but it made me sad that all of us could get ready, except my husband. The inconvenience was not okay, that we had to wait because we had an ada room, and had to wait for it to be cleaned.

The staff working the front desk and entry area Saturday morning was loud on her phone taking a personal phone call. At 630a most people are just wanting to enjoy a quiet cup of coffee and breakfast. .

Look for an upgrade...It'll be worth it!

The Staff was friendly and helpful.

Pool was being renovated. Breakfast was terrible. Ice machine was out of service on our floor. We ran out of towels, toilet paper and Kleenex.

He had already told me that no more hampton but I selected the base of the bed was broken the sofa was broken the bathroom in the shower is falling off the edge and the shower very little water came out impossible to move to accommodate and the water was throwing it towards the wall And to finish, the elevator broke down in the morning, luckily I got to the 2nd level, so I had to go down with everything and suitcases. People from 3 and 4 could imagine and they only saw us as we went down. It was a bad experience. I stayed 2 nights and opted for one. suite and it was a bad experience and the price was high for what it was ☹️

The bathroom floor in my room! I slipped and fell on the floor and banged my head quite hard. ended up in the ER and have been out of work since then (4 weeks so far). a non-slip tile or bath mat would be beneficial
